I have a feeling that this is related to that strong surge of magical power I felt last night.

I'd never felt anything like that before; not even from the Interpreter of Condolence, and she's known as the most powerful caster of Unrestricted Spells out of all Flame Haze. Alastor told me that it was Ancient Magic--something that only the most powerful Flame Haze and Tomogara had access to, but this power didn't feel like any Tomogara I had faced. It felt...

I felt my entire body freeze up for the first time.

I can't seem to sense it anywhere now.

But if Roy or Maes Hughes ended up in the middle of that...

I don't think Edward will be able to protect everyone from this, but I have to get to it before it gets to anyone else.

I've heard a couple reports from Outlaw buzzing about a new Tomogara on the streets. It doesn't suck out power of existence though, but instead just makes the victims weak, and collapse...sometimes they get sick.

...Some speculate that it's heatwave, but in the report from Wilhelmina I was told to watch out for it. If it gets too bad I'm to send her a message, and she'll offer some help.

I really think I should start going to a school in the area. Not a High School, but a University if I can. Too many people stare at me funny when I wander the streets. It never posed a problem before, but now people are starting to get suspicious of me.

It got me in the leg.

I knew I should have been more careful.

More and more Rinne sightings have been occurring lately. The Tomogara themselves won't come out...rather they'll send the underlings to go and try to scope the area. Most of them are weak, but some have managed to damage me.

I can sense his presence, but whenever I get a distinct direction, he disappears.

It's like he's playing a game with me.

I'm not going to let him do that--I'll have to be careful from now on.
